We want very happy customers. If your Activator Poles are not right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving them and we will help you through the return process.
The 30 day guarantee applies to Activator Pole purchases made from Activator UK.
If you are not happy with your Poles, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can arrange the return.
Returned Poles should be sent back complete, including supplied accessories and packaging where possible.
Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and checked.
The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
