How we invite, verify, moderate and publish product reviews — and how customers can control their content.
A customer review is connected to a verified shipped purchase of an Activator pole or pole bundle. There is no incentive, discount or reward for leaving a review, and we welcome positive and negative experiences equally.
We may send neutral review invitations 30, 45 and 60 days after an eligible order is dispatched. The schedule uses the shipping date, not the purchase date. Course-only and accessory-only purchases are not eligible.
A secure order-specific link confirms the eligible product. Customers may submit one review per order. Receiving an invitation does not guarantee publication.
Every submission begins Pending and receives manual moderation. Nothing is published automatically. We may reject a review, or redact the minimum text needed, when it contains:
Redaction is used for privacy or prohibited content, not to change the customer's opinion or rating. We may unpublish content later if it no longer meets this policy or if consent is withdrawn.
An approved product review shows the rating, title, moderated review text, verified product, publication date and a public name made from the customer's first name and last initial. We do not publish their email, full surname or order number.
Product averages and review counts are calculated from published verified product reviews only. The visible reviews and any structured rating information use the same records.
Reviews shown on the homepage or health pages are selected examples chosen by a moderator; they are not presented as a representative sample of every customer review.
Publishing a health connection and publishing photos or video each require separate explicit consent. Those choices are unticked by default and can be withdrawn independently.
A review can appear on a health page only while the matching health connection has active explicit consent. Media is first stored privately and is made public only after approval and active media consent.
The secure review link lets a customer request removal, withdraw health consent or withdraw media consent. Affected public content is disabled before private cleanup. Repeating a withdrawal request is safe.
Unsubscribing applies to review-request emails only. Essential service emails about orders, shipping, refunds, security and accounts remain enabled. A verified email complaint also suppresses future review invitations to that address.
These periods are applied automatically. A documented legal hold pauses deletion for the affected record and its evidence until the hold is released.
