Returns Policy

Please pack your products, especially poles, carefully so they do not risk damage while in transit.

We recommend you use a tracking or signed-for delivery service to return your product(s), as we are unable to process a refund unless your product(s) are returned to the address we supply to you. To initiate a refund process, please email info@activatorUK.co.uk and we will advise you of the returns address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the products are in perfect condition, a full refund will be approved, you will be notified via email and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
