I am completely satisfied with my new poles

For most of the past year I've been recovering from a couple broken vertebra. During prescribed physical therapy sessions I was introduced to this kind of poles. They have been a great help for me to get back walking properly again. Helped me to relearn to stand up straight when walking with minimal pain.

Lightweight but very strong and sturdy

Walking poles: so lightweight I thought the delivery package was empty but very strong and sturdy. The tips are a good size for balance. The small piece on the handles that keeps one's hand from sliding is so functional and the plastic clip to keep the poles together when not in use is small but helpful. I thought gripping the poles might make my hands sore but the ergonomics of the poles prevents that. I'm very happy I chose these occupational therapist and gerontologist designed poles. My one suggestion is that a second clip for keeping the poles together when not in use would help secure them more evenly.

These are great! I purchased these poles to increase my walking speed while maintaining good posture. They're lightweight and the hand grips are helpful in keeping my wrist straight as I have carpal tunnel. Friendly advice: please be sure to purchase these from the Activator website. I made my initial purchase on a scam site that looked legitimate and ultimately needed to get the bank involved to get a full refund for a product that was never sent even though my card was charged immediately.
